The MicroLogix manual states the Output Data File is from 0 to 32,760.

My fluid Flow application calls for a control valve to open progressively from 0 to 100%, once it reaches a minimum GPM.

For every 50 GPM it will move a value to the output increasingly.

500 - 550 GPM Open 5%,
550 - 600 GPM Open 10%
. . . etc.

Is the 0 Output Data File right? For my input I used a 4-20mA calibrator and scaled the value.

Is every 1638 the value to use? ex. 1638*20=32,760
 
See below for data format guidelines ( it says IF4/OF4 but its the same for your module, just disreguard the -10 volt data)
