Multihopping

i have posted this twice in the past but i thought i would be a bit more braod with my question this time.

What is multihopping and how could i make it work on my network i have?

i think i know. but i`ve been having problems. any help. anything. please!

I am not being funny but.....if you dont know what it is then why do you need it in your network ?

i do know what it is but last time i asked the question i was really really specific and didnt get any replies. so i thought i would start basic. i know what it is and as far as i can see ive got it all set up right. im just wondering if there is any tricks.

"Multihop help" is not a very tasty thread header, or what do you think ?
Dont expect everybody to waste their time by reading the topic text body, just to see if the thread is relevant for them or not.

Try with "Multihopping via ethernet to PLC5 and further via DH+ to SLC5/04" or something like that.
From the thread header to this thread I was thinking that maybe you were talking about Routing with Siemens S7. So I wasted my time reading your post. I wont do that again.
