PLC S7-400 Problem

Dear Friends

I have a problem with PLC S7-400, please help me.
I have a PLC system with CPU414-2DP that is linked to three racks of S7-300 modules.
My software version is STEP7 V5.2 and it does'nt recognize two modules:
AI8xRTD 331-7PF01-0AB0 & AI8xTC 331-7PF11-0AB0
I've tried to install HW update by this link:
http://www.siemens.com/automation/step7-hwconfig2
but it does'nt work right.
How can I solve my problem?

Upgrad Hardware Catalog

Dear Sir,

You have to upgrade your hardware catalog, to do this you need STEP 7 v5.2 SP2. When you have installed v5.2 SP2, There is an Option in the Hardware configuration software call something like "Catalog update".
