i have a problem with my project

i make 2 plc the tipe is cqm1h cpu 51
in the master plc i mount the scb,n i use 1:1 data link, make rs 232 to connect with slave
in the slave i use rs 232 to con witr scb.now it fail n this plc can connected 1 to the other
what setting must i do ....thank you.
