modem and telephone line

Will data-linc leased lines modem (LLM1100) work with Verizon's Metro Private Line Digital Services? The idea is that modem will be connected to the Momentum PLC, and the data will be polled through this private phone line by the HMI at the other location. Thanks.

if you are talking about private line SONET type one. It should work fine.
