CMM311 RS422 to RS485

I have a GE90-30 with CMM 311 and I want to connect it to OI Cutler Hammer . CMM 311 is using RS422(TD+,RD+,TD-,RD-) and OI uses RS485(Data+,Data-). CMM 311 Manual says that module can be connected RS422 or RS485. I tied (TD+,RD+) to (Data+) and (RD-,RD-) to (Data- without result. Someone who has a tip on this???
