loss of communication fault (RIO)

Hello,

I have a problem where one of the racks (177 RIO adapter), would loose the communication to the control logix plc.
what are the most common reasons for this fault?
plc is not even lighly loaded, and all connections (beldon cable) are pretty tight ?
