Hi all, I need to send string message to Data block PLC Siemens S5
How can I do ? please help me.

Can you supply some more detail please.
Where do you want to send the message from ? A SCADA system if so what is the name of the SCADA.

Now I use HMI Wonderware InTouch 9.0 Communication via I/O server Siemens SINEC H1 CP 1413 To PLC 135U CPU928B
and I need to send string data from HMI to Data block of PLC
I create I/O Message Tag define item DB243DW02KS
after I try to send data but ! nothing chang in plc
thank you.

Hi,

Your syntax is incorrect, try:

DBxSy.v

where
x= DB no.
y= first data word
v= length of string
