So here's a fairly basic question. I have not been able to find the answer on tech support for Wonderware, as of yet.

We just upgraded from Wonderware 4.x on a Windows 3.11 machine to Intouch 10 on Windows XP. The conversion was performed by a Wonderware software specialist who sent the project to us. The old machine communicated through a KF2 to the serial port on the computer. The old "ABKF2" file came over, but doesn't seem to work in XP. Is there a fairly simple step that I am missing? Thanks.
