You mean UpLoad is reading the existing program from the PLC to PC, you must have Master Program to go Online, but if you didn't have, you only can read LL984 ladder logic diagram, except the first programmer make the code generation option enable.
But if you want to Write the program to PLC its very simple, first you must connect to the PLC then write it!!
