Installation for RSView32 Ver 6.5

Hi all,
pls help me, i have a dell desktop E520, but it's motherboard were broken, when i install a new motherboard, RSView32 Ver 6.5 and RSLinx 2.43 can't to run. H.D. not to format.
However, i reinstall there, but not sucessful.
How can i do to something to solve it.

OS: win XP home SP2.

I will do it this way [I am guessing your windows run OK]

1. Remove the Activation Key.
2. Uninstall RSView32
3. Reboot
4. Reinstall RSView 32
5. Run it without moving you keys - if your installation is OK RSView will run for 2 hours with a limited tags
6. If it is running fine, then move in your activation keys, else get support from rockwell.
