Please help on software redundant for S7 300 siemen

I am installing software redundant, after downloading i got this problem:

1. Both CPU in stop mode:
- at first IM153-2 SF blink, ACT off.
- at second IM153-2 every thing is OK, ACT on
- SF and BF LED at both CPU are off

2. Switch CPU to RUN mode:
- SF LED on at both CPU
- at first IM153-2 SF blink, ACT off.
- at second IM153-2 every thing is OK, ACT on

Could anybody tell me what is wrong? i attach my hw config and network picture along with my program. DiagnoseA.txt and DiagnoseB.txt are the event i recorded from diagnose buffer of CPU A and CPU B respectively.

My program only have 2 IEC function block. instead of writing 2 at IEC LEN in OB100, i wrote 8. after changing it to 2 everything is fine.
