how can I find out the scan time of the processor (5/03) thanks

On rslogix500 go to left pane, there go to processor status and look for scan times, you will find S:22, S:23, S:3H, S:3L and S:35.

Thanks I wonder if there is a way that scan time can be increased manually prior to run mode or tough luck, being impossible.

It reports the scan time -- i.e., how long it takes the processor to scan the program.

You cannot force a fixed value to the scan time. It's going to take as long as it needs to scan the program.

Why are you wanting to change it??

If your trying to run a program in specific intervals you may try a timed interrupt
