I have recived wanderwear HMI with Dongel "factorysuite" A2 and as you know in this case i fixed dongle at it's position "LPT" and copied license file to license utility but when i'm trying to open my application in window maker it's give me Msg "license does not enable window maker -exiting i looked for useful information in help but i couldn't found any think regarding it's just talke about SN and license key i have had it but idon't know how and where put it PLS help .

There are runtime licenses that don't allow editing and development licenses that do allow editing. You should call wonderware support and find out if yours has editing rights.

Thank's for your reply but it doesn't worke with the run time eles
i need some one tell me if i have did acorrect steps to setup license and if not what is the correct steps to do that.
