Can anyone suggest me books on Automation and networking

I think there was a similar thread a few days ago. I suggested Automating in Step 7 using STL (or Automating in Step 7 using LAD). Both of these books are by Hans Berger

They are not really "teach yourself" books but provide a really good reference tool and are full of great information.

I own "Industrial Ethernet" 2nd Edition in the link you provided. I was satisfied with the content and would recommend it for both the beginner and experienced networking professional.
