OT: Danfoss VLT 5000 SynPOS 0.ERR 13

Off topic I know but I am struggling.

We ahve a VLT5000 with a synPOS card in it that is faulting on 0.ERR 13. The manual says that the drive is in fault but it won't tell me what the actual fault. We cannot get it to reset!

Any ideas on hopw to determine the actual fault?

Disaster averted. Reinstalled the configuration file for the Syncpos card and all is good. Only question is why it appears to have lost the program in the first instance. I say appears becasue it is impossible to upload it.
And now to go home for some Scotch.
