I think the easiest way to do this is configure the 155 ENBT to act as a bridge to the 192 ENBT.
I'll try to experiment with that later, but I think it will work.

Any RSlinx can do it:
Navigate to .38, expand to backplane, to .121
Expand .121, highlight "Ethernet", right click, select "Properties"
Add 192.168.1.120 and click Add New, OK
This will do it
