How to connect the 1785-L20C15/F through rs-232?

the rs-232 comm port of 1785-L20C15/F is connected by a MDS2710 microwave radion now, i must upload the plc program from it.

Because there was a super plc-5 in the center room receving the data coming from 5 1785-L20C15/F stations, i thinks the rs-232 of this 1785-L20C15/F was configured to df1 slave mode, the plc-5 in control center room acted as a df1 master.

How could i get the plc program file using rslogix5 through the rs-232 port temporarily ? which driver in rslinx should i use ?

RSLinx Classic has a DF1 Half Duplex Master driver. If you can determine the serial speed and framing for the radios, that will help you determine how to configure the driver.

The PLC-5/20C15 controller also has ControlNet and Data Highway Plus ports, if you have access to either of those network interfaces.

connecting the plc-5/20c15 through ControlNet or Data Highway Plus ports is too expensive,isn't it ?
