Good day

I had to following problem

a project with two SLC one are SLC5/4 and one are SLC5/3

I do communicate with the first one through RS232 and it’s ok

the second one it port seems to be defected I could not mange to do communicate through the RS232 port , do I have another solutions

kindly help

Have you tried to make an autoconfig for the driver in RSLinx, on the SLC you cant connect?

Maybe there is a difference in the setup of the ports, and this is giving you the trouble.

The 9 pin D Shell plug is the RS232 port on the SLC 5/04 and the SLC 5/03
