RSload can read the logic what can modify

Dear All,
We have some thing installed in our HVAC unit in our office it has some input and output connected and its logical block can be seen with help of " Integral RSload2.4 ver" I Don't know which unit is this and how can I change its logic (With Which software?).
This unit make Siemens and on right side of it "Landis & Slaefa NRUF/A" is written.
Can some one help.
