Hello sysin,
Please try to explain at what point during the installation did it fail?
Did you do anything during the installation?
What version is it?
Have you tried re-installing?
What happens when you try this?
Unfortunately, simply stating that the installation failed, and the program no longer responds doesn't give us anything to go on. (It's a bit like telling a doctor "I don't feel well"
).
The more info you can give, the more help you'll get!
