Quantum PLC logging me out

I have an irritating problem witn a Quantum 484 CPU 434 12A. I will be programming with Prowox NXT and it will intermittantly come up with the message "COMMAND NOT VALID UNLESS LOGGED IN" and not allow me to make online changes until I remove power to the CPU and start it up again. Anyone know of an easy fix.
