Ok , try this logic ( Apologies to basic )

10 Read up as much as you can
20 Study what it is you have been given to do
30 Make an attempt to do most of it yourself
40 go to 10 ( repeat as many times as needed )
50 Provide as much detail as possible
60 Be polite
70 Ask a question that can be understood

End
