lookout for omron cqm1h

I 'am using the lookout to connect with plc omron type cqm1h,every
time i try to connect with plc i get an alarm message" can not open serial port "...i set the configuration options in serial com for:
9600 baud rate ,even parity ,tow stop bit ,7 data in both lookout
and device maneger .
please nay one can help me.
