Hello all.
We have a IEC specification request for XLPE conductors. We want to use #16AWG (1.5MM) to minimize problems with connections at the PLC cards. I am finding locally that XLPE in single conductors stop at #14AWG (2.5MM)and #16 AWG (1.5MM) comes as SIS. This sounds typical to THHN stopping at #14AWG and starting with MTW at #16 for USA. I can find plenty of paired cables that have 1.5MM XLPE conductors but no single conductors as used in typical panel interior wiring. Can anyone clarify or possibly provide a chart fot typical IEC panel interior conductors?
