Help me

I wanted to use AB 1747 PIC converter to communication one old SLC 500 Fixed I/O controller
I am using RSLink 2.50 & Windows XP,
I hade start RSLink in application mode, in Added driver display error box : SwapDriverIn() Failed to swap in the new PIC Driver
I hope some help me, what mean display error and how sollution

You need a "Real" serial port to use this driver. USB to serial adapter will not work.
Your best option is a 1747-UIC ( USB to DH485 converter)
