I think they took V4.0 out of the literature library. You might want to contact your local AB rep and see if they can get you a copy of V4

The manuals are in the Docs folder on your studio CD.

The two-volume User Manual in PDF format is installed with the software.
You can launch it from within RSView Studio from the main menu: Help -> Online Books -> User Manual Volume 1 (and 2).
The files should be located in the directory:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Rockwell\Help
