block lists for mitsubishi melsoft gx 8 for Q02(H) PLC

hi all, i'm new here. thank god i found this forum. i've been stuck with my university project for days,

it's this, i've been assigned to do a programming using mitsubishi melsoft gx 8 for Q02(H) PLC and now i'm stuck because i can't find any lists for the ladder block. i mean, i don't even know how to make a COUNTER here using the ladder diagram!

does anybody know where to find the instruction lists or block lists or whatever the name is?

it's just that i've been using siemens plc before and you know i just got messed up with this mitsubishi

hey, does anybody here know where to get a copy of QCPU user's manual (function explanation and program fundamental)? i can't find it elsewhere instead of the meau web, and the problem is i can't go there, it keeps redirecting me somewhere else.

not good. i've tried to download these few times, but it just stopped in the middle. where can i find something that can be downloaded with the download manager or flashget? cause this one can only be downloaded by damn firefox...

Don't know what your browser is but I have just downloaded 3 manuals in about 4.5 mins using explorer
