I'm a newbie on this and I'm trying to connect to an external dlms meter via ftdi rs232 usb optical device. I'm testing with C# an Java.
Does anyone try this before?
How can I know if "there is someting on rs232 buffer? I can test if the COM port is there...but nothing more!
