Help!! Panelview communication

I have a 2711-T10G20 1000 Std. with ethernet comms. I tried using a hub and fail then tried crossover cable and cannot even ping, my PLC pings so I know the cable is good. IP address 192.168.1.102 for the panelview. Is there a setting I've missed? Is the panelview bad?

Give us some more detail of how you have the setup comms on the PV itself. Have you downloaded an application yet? Any lights active on the PV Ethernet port?
