A customer wants to run flexible on his PC,

My question is:

Can he run a runtime of flexible without having the engineerings-software ?

:)

Yes I know that we need powertags.

We bought the WInCC Flex Advanced and a license of 128 tags for the customer.

But, I hope that we don't need to install wincc flexible or s7 on their PC, can we just run a runtime software, or how does this work ?

Yes.
He needs to purchase a RT with the number of powertags and other options configured in the project.
