I am hoping someone can give me an idea of what the difference between a 2711-T14C15 Series A and a Series B is exactly, I have a customer that needed a unit in which I was able to locate a used one. The panelviews they have been using are Series A and the one that I have found is a series B, These things are really hard to find and the customer does not want to upgrade so if the difference is minimal can I load the program into the Series B that was in the Series A and be fine? Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

I don't expect there are any significant differences between Series A and B of this 14" CRT-based PanelView Standard terminal.

In the worst case there will be newer firmware in the Series B and you might adjust the firmware version in PanelBuilder32.

Is the firmware upgrade for Panelbuilder32 free for download do you know and if so where do you need to get it. Thanks for the help on this.
