Would like to understand Global Connections a little better

I would like to understand a little more about the Global Connections in RS View ME. I would like to use the Month,Day and
Time to place in a tag in my ControlLogix. What type of Tag
would I need to use in my PLC? I would like to have the date and
time in the plc so I can use it for different routines.Any tips
would be great.

Rob, you may define the Tags as DINTs.

In Global Connection use Date and Hour fields to indicate your tags.
