Hello!

I would like to as if anybode have some experience
with converting PLC5 programs to Controllogix.
I have convert PLC5 PID instruction to CLX.
Now I have PID instruction.
Q: Is it possible to "convert" this instruction
into PIDE? As I have read in manual PIDE uses
different algorithm. I am sure that it is necesary
to putt different constants for P, I ,D.

BTW: can I convert PID in plc5 and PID in CLX
ande replace controllers? The times of PID
execeution will be the same in CLX as was in PLC5.

Thank you!
I would like to know if somebody has real
experience with such a substitution.
