There is a control system by PLC S7-400 include CP 443-1 that controled by two station of WinCC.
Each of computers communicate to PLC by an Industrial Ethernet card (CP 1613) and TCP/IP protocol.
I wana to connect to PLC with a laptop without CP 1613 card.
Is it possible to do this by computer network card?

Hii there
You can connect your laptop with PLC without CP1613.
Just plug ethernet cable to LAN port of your laptop. Check connection by pinging.
