Protool RT simulation

Hi I can simulate my Protool RT project consisting of CPU312C-with CP 342-5DP and CPU313C-2DP but when I run it in Desktop PC with CP 5611 it is not working.What is the the problem with my project.Here is attach file of my project.I hope somebody can help me.
