AB sent me this model 211-m3a19l1 ser A and it has a dh485 firmware. the manual says you can dowload the df1 firmware. i used the panel view firmware software selected the panel view type but cannot find the firmware file to download any suggestions

Check on the CD that you have.... the PanelBuilder CD's have the firmware on them... I think
