when i upload program from op to pc
using wincc 2005
have message "Info : Downloading was not possible. The software on the operating unit has an incompatible version ID. "
 
From this and your other post I think you have the wrong software. Maybe the panel was setup with 2007 or 2008.

Or another problem you may have is the firmware. If the panel has old firmware you will need to load the new firmware with the project download.
