I HOPE SOME ONE TO HELP ME BY GIVING ME AN EXAMPLE IN PROGRAMMING A PLC S5 ( USING BLOCK E.G OB,FB,DB .... &PB).

So, abuelfun,
what sort of example would you like? What you are asking is a bit vague. If you want help in programing a S5 PLC, then post your question as a new topic, but please be specific when asking questions.
You could also search this forum for this topic, there have been a few threads on Step 5 before.

I downloaded the Melsec Medoc program from PLCMan site, but could not successfully install it. I am running WIN98.

If you have, or purchase, GX-Developer, Medoc is on the CD.
