IEC 61131 Ehhehehe, is this that 'nice' theory for plc-programming standard that we can import sourse from Simatic and move it to AB's PLC-programmer ?

yes there is a book about it and look at http://www.plcopen.org/ that is main platform for this.
and no the files are a bit difficult but the listings are the same.
