Communicate with simatic s7-300 using LabWindows/CVI

Hello all!
I am neww in using the PLCs.
I have a Simatic s7-300 and SIMATIC PC Adapter USB connected to my PC.

I am trying to create a LabWindows/CVI application to read datas from the PLC.

Could you please tell me how I can do this?
