Not that I know of. About the only way to do it is to have the PLC write out the new hour to the Panelview hour read tag. You can write ladder code to handle this.

If its a panelview plus 1000 then YES you can choose the time zone and correct for Daylight savings time.

All of my panelviews get there time directly from the PLC. We then run scripts through our SCADA to change all of the PLC times.
