Process symbols for SCADA

I'm making a project in which SCADA is included. The problem is that the software I'm using does not have a pre-made process symbols like pumps, tanks, conveyors,....etc. and so I must use my own symbols.

I think that if I do so the overview of the project will not be attractive as the other projects of the others.

Please recommend a software that has a database of process symbols.

Which SCADA package is it, if its anything half decent it should include at least the very basic symbols.

Failing that look at Microsoft Visio or Smartdraw.

Thanks for replying tragically, I'm still training to develop SCADA system so I'm using the Demo of a Software called elipse. Do you think that the complete version of the software will have the symbols I requested

Though, if you would look in the downloads section of their website, you might have found this entry. Again, I don't know if it's what you want, but give it a try.

I would urge you to consider very carefully which package you are choosing to do your training on, if Elipse is something that you are going to need to use then fine....if not do yourself a favour and choose a package which is widely used and you can get help on easily, just do a search on this forum for SCADA and you will see the most widely used ones.
