I have a system that is using Cimplicity HMI $project.datetime for scheduling product through the line. I am getting warnings in the cor_recstat.clg file that the system clock was adjusted by x # secs. Is $project.datetime changing with the windows time on the PC?

YES.

you may find that the cimplicity PC is getting its own time updated by a 'time server' on your network, which may cause the time to jump a few seconds when it is synchronised.

Cheers
