Hello gopikhanth;
If you already ahve a valid license for your installation, but lost the authorization, Siemens support will gladly help you (over the phone) reactivate your authorization. Just contact them (by email if you want) and ask them to contact you, it is simple and quick. Step 7 Online Help has all the details on the addresses and phone numbers, depending where you are in the world.
However if you do not have a valid license (demo product for example) you will need to buy one; contact your nearest Siemens rep.
