It adds once constant 3 to word register D304 and places the result to same register. M304 is bit address. You can group bit addresses like K4M304, that gives you 16bit word, starting with M304. You cab also make 4 bit register (K1M304) and so on...

CPU although any manual would still help a lot.
Try the JY992D48301-J which is programming manual
for FX series PLCs. You should be able to download it from

Once you have the manual, get closer look on Chapter 4
("Devices in detail")
