Fix current version before thinking about next.
Why is this a problem now and did I miss the PSA for copy/paste v.15 to v.16??? Only 1 rung can be copied at a time and rung comments are lost.
Copy/paste v.16 to v.15 loses rung comments also.
In v.16, opening PID still generates false 0 time interval error. Last I heard, RA has no intention to fix.
Ignore current bugs and generate new ones, I guess.
