Protool Runtime loader

I am posting for the first time. I have problem starting the Protool Loader. Whenever I start the Protool Pro RT Loader the following error message is displayed:

"PCStub.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program"
The PC was restarted several times but the error still remain. I was considering an option of reinstalling the ProTool RT program.
