Lost activation disk (RS logix 500)

Hi All,
we've lost our activation disk for RS Logix 500 can some one tell me who I need to contact to go and get a replacement.

Jezz,

If you contact Rockwell Software, (their phone # can be found at

http://support.rockwellautomation.com/

They can send you a new master-disk. We had to do the same thing about a year ago.. It's been a while, but I think there's even a menu-option for passwords/master-disk issues in their phone-menus.

I guess you have to talk sweetly to your local Rockwell distributor.

If you have the disk, but somehow have lost the activation on it:
Go to http://support.rockwellautomation.com/, register, and get a reset code to put the activation back on the disk.

This is from their online page to reset an activation disk. It might be easier than calling themand I believe it works 24/7. You have to be logged into their website and provide proof of ownership of the software. The link is :http://support.rockwellautomation.com/ResetCodes/
