HELLO, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THERE IS A WAY TO CONVERT A RSVIEW 4.0 RUNTIME FILE(.MER) TO A DEVELOPMENT FILE.
I have a panleview plus HMI firmware revision 4.0 and only
the runtime file is available. I would like to firmware flash
the panelview to firmware 5.0 and take the app to FTView 5.0

Can anyone please assist...
